If you haven't cut your lawn in a while, please consider doing so. Maintaining your lawn and weeds is actually governed by the City of Wildwood Municipal Code. Please keep your properties clean and looking good, both for your own property value, and the property value of every home in the neighborhood.
Annual Fees
The Annual Fee ($300) for the HOA is due every year and helps to cover expenses for the neighborhood such as lawn care and maintenance for the common ground areas, entrances and exits.

Please remember, we all live here. We chose to make our homes here in Winding Woods, and in that spirit, please be courteous to each other. If you have a concern over something that a neighbor has or hasn't done, please considering having a conversation with them about it.
